FRIED CLAMS WITH CHILLI PASTE

 

 

Ingredients :

* 80 g. small shrimp or chicken / sliced

* 1 ham/ sliced (option)

* 1 fresh pineapple

* 1 cup cold steamed rice

* 1-2  cloves garlic / finely chopped

* ¼  onions, sliced

* ¼   carrot, sliced
* 1 spring onion

* 1 tsp yellow curry

* 1 teaspoon white sugar

* ½  teaspoon white pepper

* 1 tablespoon soy sauce

* fried cashew nuts (for garnishing)

* 1 tbsp Shredded Chicken

 

* 1 tbsp cooking oil

Directions :

1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic in the hot oil and fry until it becomes golden.

2. Add clams and stir until they are cooked (clams will open when they are cooked). Season with fish sauce, white sugar, and chili paste.

3. Before removing from heat, add spring onion, sweet basil leaves and spur chili. Stir-fry for another 5-10  seconds.  Then cover it for few minutes. Enjoy
