Stir - Fry red curry (chicken or prawn)

Ingredients :

*80 grams chicken / sliced  (or prawn, beef)

* ½ tbsp. of red curry paste
¼  white onion / sliced

½ large fresh chili/ sliced
1 Green bean / cut into 1 inches long
3 Kaffir lime leaves  or 10 sweet Basil leaves
2 tbsp water

1 tea spoon white sugar
½ tsp fish sauce
½ tsp soy sauce

4 tsp coconut milk (option for less spicy)

Directions:

* Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add red curry paste. Stir fry until aromatic.

* Add chicken and stir fry until nearly cooked (about 3-5 minutes). Then add string beans (or vegetables that you choose), fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar.

* Stir fry until vegetables nearly cooked, then add kaffir lime leaves, and stir fry for another 30 seconds.

 * Transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately with hot steamed rice.
